In consideration of the upcoming elections and the growing importance of civic engagement, NAPA is hosting a pre-elections mixer, “Know Your Candidates”, where we will be engaging in conversation with some of Chicago’s political enthusiasts, Aldermanic and Mayoral candidates, and members of the African and African American community about the impact of our voices during local elections.

Our goal is to educate attendees on how local political offices operate, understand the platforms of the candidates up for election, and enable our community to make informed decisions that will have significant impact our future in this great city we call Chicago.
